How to use

Choose the lucky part of your body, warm your hands and then take a small amount of balm and in a smooth circular motion begin to gently massage it in. As the balm melts in, you can gradually increase the pressure of your fingertips and thumbs in a slow and steady way to help ease and sooth the area.

Repeat as often as needed, washing your hands after use.

Power of the plants
CAYENNE PEPPER

Full of antioxidants, vitamin C and E, Cayenne Pepper contains anti-inflammatory properties which has been shown to provide pain relief and promote blood flow.

TURMERIC

A natural anti-inflammatory containing antioxidants which can help neutralise free radicals. Containing curcumin, it has been shown to reduce muscle damage and soreness.

ARNICA

Regularly used to treat muscle aches, joint pain, inflammation and swelling. With anti-inflammatory properties it has been found to be as effective as topical ibuprofen at reducing pain and muscle soreness and stimulating circulation.

CBD

With an added antioxidant boost, CBD has been shown to significantly improve skin conditions such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, scarring, and eczema. It also provides anti-inflammatory, anti-itching, analgesic, wound-healing, and anti-proliferative effects on the skin.
